Terms of use

Last updated 7 October 2026

By creating an account or using FitLeaf you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our privacy policy.

Access

FitLeaf is currently released in controlled cohorts. Access needs a valid invite, and we may change or end early access as the product develops.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed it.

Your content

You own the records you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to run FitLeaf for you.

Not medical advice

FitLeaf is a factual planner and record. It does not give medical, nutritional or coaching advice. Speak to a qualified professional before starting or changing training, diet, supplements or medication.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, or interfere with how FitLeaf runs.

Liability

We work to keep FitLeaf available and accurate, but provide it as is. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app.
